Wed Night Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is often considered a low and slow practice. It is a style of yoga where we hold poses for a longer period of time. Physically, it allows us to deeply stretch into the fascia. Mentally, it is our closest yoga practice to meditation. Yin is the perfect place to land, whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for many years.
The hope for you, as you are guided through this practice, is that you find whatever it is you are needing—whether that is stillness or movement, a place to turn inward or find a sense of community, a moment of silence, or simply the space to truly listen to what your body needs.
